Shipment

Delivery :

Domestic rate is 100 THB per piece then every additional piece is an additional of 10 THB. Local shipping is free when you purchase over 1,500 THB.

International rate is 500 THB per piece.

Privacy Policy

1. การจัดส่งของทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ
ส่งหลังได้รับการแจ้งโอนเงินภายใน 2 วันทำการ
2. การส่งของมาแลกเปลี่ยนทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ
เมื่อทาง Play House ได้รับสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนจากลูกค้า จะใช้เวลาทำการ 3-5 วันเพื่อตรวจสอบ และอีก 1-2 วันในการส่งสินค้าใหม่กลับไปให้ โดยของที่แลกเปลี่ยนนั้นต้องตรงตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท
3. การคืนเงินทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ
หากลูกค้าต้องการคืนเงิน จะดำเนินการประมาณ 3-5 วัน โดยจะมีการคืนผ่านบัตรเครดิต หรือติดต่อผ่านธนาคาร รวมถึงให้ Paypal ทำเรื่องคืนในระบบ โดยจะจัดทำขึ้นหลัง Play House ได้รับสินค้าจากลูกค้าที่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์เหมือนก่อนจัดส่ง

1. Delivery Policy
Play House will ship out the parcel within 2 working days after transaction completed.
2. Exchange Policy
When Play House get the parcel back from customer, we will use 3-5 working days to check the product and 1-2 working days more to send back the new product to customer.
3. Refund Policy
If customer wants to get a refund, Play House will check the product conditions and use 3-5 working days to refund via bank transfer, credit card or paypal.
